Lace tests for princess Tuvstarr. Choosing between opaque lace and translucent lace for her gown was ridiculously difficult, as both are uniquely beautiful in their own way. While opaque is closer to the Nordic costuming aesthetic, the translucent lace has floral patterns and a lovely etherial quality to it. The opaque lace is structural and rigid, while translucent lace is soft and flowing. Opaque lace hides the porcelain skin, while translucent lace shows Tuvstarr’s lovely porcelain curves... I adore them both, but only one is right for this princess. Which one do prefer?
